The Building for Kids Children’s Museum in Appleton, WI, embarked on significant upgrades aimed at inspiring the community’s youth in new, engaging ways. In collaboration with School Specialty, Pure Install took on the task of transforming the space through the professional installation of custom furnishings and fixtures, ceiling-suspended acoustic panels, and cabinetry. Every element needed to not only enhance the space aesthetically but also align with the museum’s purpose: to make learning fun, interactive, and accessible.

In this case, our team sourced the correct hardware locally and managed additional returns to the site to get everything just right.

While installing, we ran into wall-mounted obstacles like fire alarms and sprinkler systems. Instead of stalling, we worked directly with the museum’s administrators to reimagine the layout on-site, delivering a solution that was both functional and visually appealing.
