LEADERSHIP

Haydn Semmens

Vice President Haydn came to MSS Logistics Install, now Pure Install, in 2015 with a wealth of experience in related fields. He has worked in both the retail and service industries. Prior to joining MSS, he was the Vice President of Operations at a full-service retail merchandising support company where he managed all field operations for two divisions: Merchandise/Install and Service/Assembly.

Haydn enjoys biking (both road racing and working out on his Peloton), gardening, woodworking, and travelling with his wife. He also loves spending time with his family in Pennsylvania and with his daughter and extended family in Spain. He has the privilege of living with two beautiful border collies, Ty and Ted.

Eileen Kustafik

Director of Operations Prior to joining Pure Install in 2019, Eileen spent 25 years as a retail District Manager in the New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia regions. She managed marketing, merchandising, inventory control, Human Resources, and profit and loss statements. Eileen holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. John’s University.

In her spare time, Eileen enjoys yoga, shooting pool, playing cards, and watching independent films.

SALES

Sam Jacobs

Sr. Business Development Manager Sam joined Pure Install in 2017 as the company’s first full-time Business Development Manager. He began his installation and build-out career in 2001 in New York City. Working predominantly in the retail and hospitality sectors, Sam continues to hone his skills and provide strategic solutions for clients across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Long Island University – Post. He also attended State University of NY at Oneonta for Music Study.

Sam is a member of his synagogue’s board of directors. He is an avid runner and competes in several road races each year. He also enjoys traveling, Mets baseball, James Bond films, and Italian tailoring. Sam lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife, daughter, and cats

Lorelei Gorman

Business Development Manager Lorelei joined Pure Install with over 10 years of sales and account management experience in the healthcare industry. She is focused on understanding unique business challenges, aligning sales and operations decisions with company values, and earning trust for long-term success. As a Business Development Manager, Lorelei strives to increase market share and promote the Pure Install brand identity.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Professional Communication from Elmhurst College.

Lorelei enjoys running, music, anything involving the beach, and spending time with friends and family. Special interests include organizational development, communications, and diversity initiatives.

Farah Tamboury

Business Development Manager Farah brings a wide breadth of knowledge of the hospitality industry to the Pure Install team, with specific experience in sales and operations. She spent 12 years in the hotel business, working first as a General Manager and then as a Regional Director of Field Sales. As Business Development Manager, Farah seamlessly marries that vast operational expertise and sales acumen to conceive and curate custom solutions for her clients’ varied needs. She holds an Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management from Mira Costa College in Oceanside, CA. She is also currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.

In her free time, Farah likes to hike, volunteer at her local animal sanctuary, or curl up on the couch to watch Hulu with her two dogs, Chico and Raven

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES

Brandon MacDonald

Account Executive Prior to joining Pure Install in 2016, Brandon worked in the retail and construction industries managing orders and allocating materials based on customer needs.  He currently focuses on providing solutions in the Healthcare and Residential markets and provides clients with effective and sometimes out-of-the-box solutions to fulfill their requests. Brandon received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and is currently studying to complete his Master of Business Administration degree from Western Governor’s University. He has earned several professional certifications, including the HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates, the OSHA 10-Hour Outreach Training Program in Construction, and the Forklift Operations Certification

Brandon’s hobbies include family time, reading, movies, and sports.

Chelsea Drew

Account Executive Prior to accepting her position in 2017, Chelsea spent several years working as a Logistics Specialist, overseeing hazardous and non-hazardous shipments domestically and internationally. During her time at Pure Install she has concentrated on large projects, retail and commercial assignments, and graphics and vinyl installations. Chelsea holds her bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications.

Outside of the office, Chelsea enjoys hiking with her dogs and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys cooking and tackling home renovations and designs.

Daveen Terry

Account Executive Daveen joined the MSS Relocation Support Services division in 2015, where she worked as a Dispatcher managing residential moves. In 2017, she transitioned to the Pure Install division as an Account Manager. In her current role, she specializes in project management in the Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, and Residential Markets. Daveen was recognized by her peers when she won the 2019 Pure Install Excellence Award for Outstanding Service.

Known as the ‘Queen of all Things’ both professionally and personally, Daveen enjoys cooking and sharing recipes and ideas on her personal food blogs. She has a true passion for planning and organizing events within the company to boost employee morale and engagement.

Egzona Rexha

Account Executive Egzona worked in the international logistics and freight industry prior to joining Pure Install in 2017. She specializes in vinyl and graphic installations, retail projects, and major nationwide rollouts. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business with a concentration in Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management. In 2018, Egzona also earned her Certified Office & Industrial Consultant (COIC) certification from the American Moving and Storage Association.

During her spare time, Egzona enjoys working out and spending time with her family and friends. She also likes to travel and explore new cities.

Juliette Alfarano

Account Executive Juliette worked as an Airline Reservation Specialist and held a Senior Customer Service Representative role prior to joining the team in 2017. She began her career at Pure Install as an Account Coordinator and now focuses primarily on Healthcare and Hospitality projects. She has earned both OSHA 10-Hour and Forklift Operations certifications.

At home, Juliette enjoys cooking and baking. She also loves to travel and spend time outdoors hiking.

Kayla Ingham

Account Executive Kayla began her career at Pure Install as an intern in 2018. She swiftly moved her way up throughout the ensuing years, as an Account Coordinator, Senior Account Coordinator, and Account Manager. She has spent the majority of that time in the Residential and Medical verticals. Kayla has a distinct ability to understand and anticipate the needs of both her corporate clients and each individual customer, a skill which she further honed throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kayla holds professional certificates in HIPPA Awareness and the OSHA 10-Hour Outreach Training Program in Construction. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, and soaking in nature’s beauty. You can often find her enjoying live music or painting (a pursuit which she began when studying Fine Arts in high school).
