Welcome to Pure Install. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our SMS messaging program.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

Pure Install operates two separate text messaging programs. Each has its own consent and opt-out.

Service & Operational Messages

Description: Pure Install sends text messages about your appointments and services, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and delivery notifications. Subcontractors in our network may also receive job-related messages, such as job assignments, scheduling changes, and service updates.

How to Opt In: Customers opt in by providing a mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages during appointment scheduling, on our website, or at checkout. Subcontractors opt in through their subcontractor agreement or onboarding process.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Transactional messages (such as scheduling, delivery updates, or appointment changes) are sent only when relevant to your activity. Service updates and company news are sent periodically.

Company News & Marketing Messages

Description: Pure Install sends periodic text messages to Subcontractors with company news, announcements, and program updates.

How to Opt In: You may opt in through a Pure Install SMS signup form, which may be shared by email, on our website, or in other communications. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Pure Install at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of doing business with Pure Install.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Messages are sent periodically.

Terms Applying to Both Programs

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for applicable charges.

How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from the program that message was sent from. You will receive a one-time confirmation. Opting out of one program does not unsubscribe you from the other. For example, opting out of company news will not stop appointment or job-related messages. To opt out of both programs, reply STOP to a message from each, or contact us.
