By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Service Hours & Conditions
Services are provided during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday services available on a limited basis. Outdoor services are weather permitting, and we will reschedule if necessary. All service and carry areas must be cleared and ready prior to our arrival. Pure Install will not remove railings, fencing, or other obstacles. Pricing assumes ground floor installation with no stair carry, and the surface must be level within a ¼” deviation. Please note, we are unable to carry products up spiral staircases.
Payment & Contact
Payment is required in full before scheduling, and technicians are not authorized to accept payments onsite. An authorized contact, 18 or older, must be present for the duration of the service. Please provide the contact number in advance.
Site Preparation & Installation Requirements
The customer must ensure all electrical requirements are met, including a dedicated circuit, correct voltage, amperage, and outlet location, as well as proper Wi-Fi setup. All materials and hardware must be provided by the manufacturer or customer; additional materials will be billed at cost plus 20%. Any required permits must be pulled by the General Contractor (GC) or site owner. Floor protection is not provided by Pure Install, and we do not remove existing equipment or fixtures.
Service Details
Technicians may refer to manuals during installation for correct assembly. We offer a one-year workmanship warranty on new installations. Our service pricing assumes all electrical work is plug-and-play unless specialized services (plumbing or electrical) are requested, which can be quoted separately.
Delays, Cancellations, & Fees
Additional charges may apply for delays caused by others, resulting in extra hours or visits. A cancellation fee will apply for projects canceled or postponed within 48 hours of the scheduled date. A failed visit fee will be charged if our team cannot perform the scope of work for reasons beyond our control. Wait time due to inactivity over 15 minutes will incur an hourly charge per installer.
Other Charges
Overtime and weekend rates are billed at 1.5x for standard overtime and 2x for Sundays. Any work outside the Scope of Work (SOW) will require a change order and additional fees. We do not provide customer training on product usage; please contact the manufacturer for specific walk-throughs.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the customer hereby agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold Pure Install and its assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and character (including without limitation, fines, penalties, remedial obligations, court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, including attorneys’ fees incurred in the enforcement of this indemnity) arising out of, without limitation, any physical or mental injury, illness and/or death of any one, and/or loss of or damage to property or interests in property in any way to an act or omission of the customer.
